UNIMAS Run @ Adidas Unimas Run_27 Nov 2016

Hello dears... Last sunday I joined a run that held at UNIMAS, Kota Samarahan. A 5km fun run category that flagged off at UNIMAS Stadium.

6:00 am : Arrived at UNIMAS, it raining heavily that morning. Very cold and sleepy because lacked of sleep...I thought we were early that morning, was surprised to see lots of cars and people already arrived early than us.

6:30~7:15 am : Flag off should be at 6:30 am but it delayed maybe due to raining or because the VIP haven't arrived to officially launching the ceremony. Been wandered around the stadium and met our colleagues and we sempat take wefie before we start the race. All of us joined the fun run category....hahahaha... 

7:18~8.10am : We started our run... I asked uncle to teman me running and become pacer... He did encourage me and gave motivation to finish the run... Honestly it quiet hard because I not doing proper training (actually no training at all), and previously my run only 4.5km... So this was the first time run with this distance which actually 5.4km if according to our GPS... So uncle Sim teman me run and we finished our run at 51mins...So, its one of the achievement unlocked for me and one of my bucket list this year achieved...YAY!!!

After the event, i need to rushed to my class, and I entered class a bit late because the event started late...

oh, btw...i tested my gps ezon T031 sport watch that I bought last time...so far the gps functioned well.. rating for the watch is 5 stars if based on the gps function.

SECA Bald Run 2016 (2nd run)

Hello there my dearest readers,

This year, I decided to add one more activity as my hobby. This was influenced by one of my so-called uncle that really loves to run. He joined lots of marathon and really into fitness and health. He taught me alot about running. I am the person who really dislike marathon or long run, i rather choose sprint. Because I have a very low stamina and can't really breath well while running.

But, I decided to go out from my comfort zone, dare myself to go for a run again after the last run on April 2016. My second run of the year were the SECA Bald run, a charity run for children's cancer society. 

Fun run 4.5km around Samajaya Free Industrial Zone. The first ever run that makes me run during raining day. Its raining on that day, but we all still have the guts to run. Rain was just a lame reason for not continue running... *ya la sangat..hahaha*

Actually on the same day, got lots of event held. Early in the morning, I go for the SECA Bald Run...then, I attended my class for an hour (thank God, the lecturer decided to make it short).. then on the night, I attended my cousin's wedding dinner.

I don't have alot of photo during the event because I spent lots of time talked and enjoy myself with my relatives. Some photo taken by my lil sis, niece and uncle.

Hiatus Mitch

Hye lovely readers!!!

Forgive me for being hiatus for so many months. Been so busy with my work life and extra study life.. Oppss.. did i mentioned study life? Yes, i further my study together with working so my schedule are really packed, packed until i don't even have time to have proper rest.

Lets me recap what happened during my hiatus time.

On end of April, Taiyo Yuden (Sarawak) officially 20 years in Sarawak. So, they had their Family day and also Taiyo Yuden Fun Run.

So, this was my very first run (4 km run). Its only fun run, so there was no medal for finishers. But nevermind as long as I have so much fun joined the run. Actually I had not done any training before hand, and I joined this run just for fun purposed. So far, it was a very good experience and met lots of people and make friends.

I think it's better that the pictures tell the story.

I really hope that this kind of event will be conducted in the future. It was not only fun, but it is a healthy event where encourage everyone to do exercises to maintained good health and healthy lifestyle. For sure, for me, after the event, I walked like a crab because I not training beforehand and just go run...hahaha... will life update with you all soon...

Life update : Gawai 2014

Today I'm free to update my blog. Hahaha... I did promise with you all (for those who follow me in my personal FB) that I will update about my journey. So, here I am... updating my blog about my journey to share with you all about what I did for the past 7 days I'm away from my blog.

It started with my journey to Bintulu for vacation (not really a vacation tho)... Traveled alone and for the first time I felt that the journey was so sick...because the weather not so good and its cloudy and make the plane not move smoothly. :'3 Arrived there and waited my sis to picked me up,having our dinner together then back to her house. The first day not really packed with stuffs because mostly spent our time at home.

The next day just a day with TV and at night we both decided to go out and have a fresh air and dinner. :3 Late night dinner was not good actually but this was excused...hahaha...:3

My friends planned to meet that time, so we hangout together at the mall because we don't know where to go besides that. hahaha... We spent time by chatting and eating. hehehe... Gained more weight. :3 But no worries!!! 

We were so funny..know why?? We ordered the kid's menu and we get this!!!

After had the date with my friends, me and my sis along with Agnes got to the Beach!!! Yay...hahaha...have fun with the beach water and the sunset view together with them. Its fun to spend time with them. We took pictures along together.

Time flies so fast and I'm going back to hometown for Gawai celebration. For the first time after 3 years not celebrating Gawai together with my family. We go to my father's village and "nginjon"(walk all around the village together with the villagers) and they gave us "nyok" (rice wine) and other beverages while we nginjon. :3

The event finished early because rain and my family and I go to my mother's village then.

The next day we spent with my family to one of the recreational park, Ranchan. The waterfall are so nice. Here some of the pictures taken there. :3

So far, the result of this journey are......tanned...and I get sick because of tired and rain...hahahaha... :3 very enjoyable moments...and I love it...

Change

I've been silent for few days busy with my schedules at home...ok..I'm home!!! yet, I feel different from before because I'll not going back next semester to my University...I'm officially finished my Bachelor Degree and I'm officially on my LDR with my dear...

From now on, I need to change my schedules and habits because there will be no preparing bento for my dear, no Maggie (fav food for uni students...hahaha), no sleep late, no movie marathon, no outing with my dear, no more so-called university student...huhuhu...

I'll be having my internship soon.. starting next week and will change my schedule because I will wake up early at 6am and go to work at 7am and back around 7pm...da*n...I don't really like it...hope that I can adapt with the work life and can't wait to meet my dear soon...

emm...got to go..need to do some work first...till then...

It's done

I finally finished my last paper for this semester and also last for the degree session. I hate the mixed feeling where I miss my BF but I need to go back to my hometown. hmmm... :( Imiss you dear..till we meet again when we grad and I'll make sure that we will grad together...Muhang Mr. B :'3

Laziness 2013

OMG!!! Its 2013 and this is my first post???!! Bad me...sorry readers... X( i'm quite busy this semester with my project and assignments..huhuhu..and honestly I don't have the feeling to update my blog...oh my blog...so pity you...let me summarize want happen in the first 3 months of 2013...

- I attended 3P (industrial certification programme) and had 10 days sem break because of it.
- During my hols for CNY, I had a great moments with fams...
- Came back from hols then need to prepare for my final project (consultation)
- Need to arrange my Intern... :(
- Designing for the program I involve with... (design for logo, t-shirt)
- Assignments assignments and assignment X(
- sick for almost a month
- and the latest one is had my 2nd consultation yesterday for animation (shooting and animating)...

right now should prepare for my midterm tomorrow but and but, i am too lazy...come on Mitch...please be hardworking back... :(

Back to Action

sorry everybody for long time no update. I've been busy with my 5th semester in uni. There are a lot of works to do and need to go outstation for it. We've just finish our midsem break and I will start busy again started today actually.. but I try to make myself free for my pitiful blog. So, let me update myself here. Hope that it will give you all an interested story about my journey for these few days.. hehehe...last week is our midsem break so me and my friends decided to travel to Kundasang,Sabah. Actually it is a work trip. Means that we all do our works and at the same time we have our holiday trip.. hahaha... Me and my friends need to interview someone from DesaPlus SDN BHD. You all can search them in Google. hehehe.. We interview the staff in Desa Dairy Farm in Kundasang, Sabah to know the milk production for the fresh milk. Seriously, they produce the fresh milk that fresh come out from the cow..Moooooo... :D heheeee...so let me promote this company with you all...

besides that, we also visited some interesting places near Kundasang.. one of it is the Kundasang War Memorial. It is a memorial to remember the soldiers that had died on their service. Pity them cause some of them really young. The youngest soldier that I detect is 19 years old.

FYI, we have our trip on my anniversary with Mr B... :) so it is our 2nd year together...we celebrate it in the awesome and cold place that is in Kundasang... :)

On the next day, my friends and I go to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah to have an interview with the Head of Sale for DesaPlus company. Our client, Mr George Leong was so cool and friendly. He told us a lot about the company. And after we finished interview him, we found something interesting near the building.

Gifts

Good news from my Daddy. "I've got some GIFTS from Mr. B!!!" yeah!! Gifts from Mr B that make me smile wide. Hahaha... its was put in an envelope and when I opened it....I saw ... a cute gift from KOREA and a meaningful gift from Sabah. Not forget also a few packets of sweets...hahaha... Mr B really understand me and bought me something from Sabah. Things that I searching for a long time but unfortunately can't find it here. Thank you dear Mr B...

I met you

Dear Sophy,

After a year, we met ourselves again this year. Thanks to God that gives us opportunity to meet each other again even though we study far from one another. I really happy to met you again and we spent time together. When I think back to the past, I just knew that we have been friend for about 13 years. We met from we still kid. Me, Joy, Nes and you been in the same class since we year 1. hahaha... God bless you dear.
