What we face!!!

Hye dear readers,

Suddenly it crossed my mind to share what graduates felt and face nowadays. Seriously, it faced by universities or colleges graduates where they can't find suitable jobs that suit with their own qualification. When, I go to some job search websites, I found out that not many jobs for entry level or fresh graduate. If there are, it will be not as what we (as fresh graduates) thought of.

We all thought that, when you out of University or any higher level institutions, we always think that we can find good jobs that has better salary, a job that matched our major in our course, a job that qualified with our level. BUT!! That just a DREAM!!!

This is because, the vacancy that the company offered usually said implies that the applicants (fresh graduates) are encourage to apply but then, it also stated that experiences needed!!! Then, how the fresh grad can get the job if it stated like that? That is why, nowadays, many fresh graduates still unemployed after grade. Some of the fresh graduates works for jobs that are not their course and some works with salary only RM1400 even though their are degree level.

This is just my thought about this employment issue... No offences... Take care all...

God bless,
Mitch

Hair braids

Hello dear readers...

For some that know me, they know me like to do braids on my own hair. The sideway hair braid are my favourite. I'm happy because my friends have trust on me to do their hair during any events. The best part was, I do the hair dressing for free. :3 Actually, it is my hobby and I love to see my friends and siblings with my hair art work. :3

Most of my customers are my family members and my friends. I love hair dressing, hair stylist and even cutting hair. Up until now, I only visited salon for 3 time only. And the rest of my hair cut done by myself. :D

Today, my model of the day is my little sister, Nicole. Her hair will be the hair of the day. I suddenly feel want to do braid on the hair. And, I decided to do something different, not the ordinary hair braid. I want to do Fishtail braid!!! I never done it before, and this is my first trial. With my lil sis medium short hair, it a little difficult to do it. But, I don't want to make it an excuse.

So, here is the result of my first trial of making Fishtail braid!!! Yay!!!

*My lil sis black hair :3*

The braid not really look like fishtail braid, but at least I try... heeee... and this is my first attempt one doing this. Look quite ok... hahaha... :D

I will inform you all if I do it for the next attempt with good result.

Do try it, it quite easy . Good luck everyone!!! And.... God bless!!!

DIY Facial Mask

Hye dear readers,

My sister and I had tried do our own DIY facial mask. Its super easy and only need 2 ingredients.
I decided to share with you all how to make one for yourself at home.
So, I go straight to the step-by-step on how to do the mask instead of mumbling with other things...hahahaha....
Here it goes...

Ingredients that you will need to use:
1. Milk
2. Gelatine

If you don't know what is gelatine...here's the picture of it...

*Gelatine and Milk*

All you need is:

1 tablespoon of gelatine powder and 1 tablespoon of milk.... then...
Mixed it up all together well...
After mixed it up, then heat it in up in microwave oven for about 3 minutes.
Then, leave it to cool down, but not too cold because it will be thicker and its difficult to spread it on face.
While it still a little warm, put it on your face and let it be till it dry.
When its already dry well on your face, peel it off... you will see all the sebum stick to the mask..hehehe...
Wash your face when you peeled everything off..

***Its a simple DIY face mask and not harm to face. I did mine... how about yours? Hehehe... Goodluck on trying...and ...God bless...
